What does RYVO sell?

RYVO sells digital products only — game keys and DLC, gift-card codes, software licences, subscription codes, and game purchase services where our team buys or completes something on your behalf. Nothing is physically shipped, so we never ask for a postal address.

Do you sell PlayStation, Steam and Xbox gift cards?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can browse every available gift card on the Gift cards page, and filter the store by platform. Availability and region vary by card, so open the product page to see exactly which region it activates on and whether it is currently in stock.

How do I know if a product is in stock?

Accepted Answer

The product page is the live source of truth: it shows availability and the delivery method for each edition. If an item is out of stock you will not be able to add it to your cart. Stock can change at any time, so please check the product page itself rather than an older link.

What payment methods can I use?

Accepted Answer

The methods available to you appear at checkout and depend on your country. RYVO currently uses manual payment methods such as bank or wallet transfer: you pay outside the site, then upload a screenshot of the payment on your order page so our team can confirm it. We never see or store your full card details.

Question 5

I placed an order but I do not know how to pay. What now?

Open your order from your account, or use the tracking link. It shows the payment instructions for the method you chose and a place to upload your payment proof. Pay using those details, upload a clear screenshot, and our team will review it. If you never pay, the order simply expires on its own.

Question 6

I paid — how long until my order is delivered?

Accepted Answer

It depends on what you bought. Stocked digital codes are released as soon as your payment is confirmed, which is usually immediate. Service orders are completed by a person on our team, so they take longer and you can follow their progress on your order page. Manual payments must first be reviewed by our team before anything is delivered.

My order still says processing. Is something wrong?

Usually not. "Processing" means your payment is confirmed and the order is being worked on — this is normal for service products and for any item a person must complete. Your order page shows the current stage and, for queued services, your position. If it has not moved for an unusually long time, contact support with your order number.

Question 8

Where is my order, and did my payment go through?

Accepted Answer

Sign in and open the order from your account — it shows your payment status and the delivery status of every item, which is always the most accurate answer. Our support assistant cannot see your private order details, so for anything order-specific please check that page or email support with your order number.

Question 9

How do I redeem a gift card or game code?

Accepted Answer

Redeem it on the platform the product page names — for example the Steam client, the PlayStation Store or the Xbox Store — using an account that matches the card's region. The product page states the required platform and region before you buy. If the code is rejected, do not keep retrying: contact support with your order number and a screenshot of the error.

What does the region on a product mean?

Accepted Answer

Many digital codes only work on an account registered in a specific region, and some games are region-locked by the publisher. The product page states the region before you buy — please check it matches your account. A code redeemed on the wrong region may be rejected by the platform, and that is a platform restriction rather than a faulty code.

Question 11

My code does not work. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

Contact support with your order number and a screenshot of the exact error, and please do not keep retrying — repeated failed attempts can lock the code on some platforms. Once we verify the problem we will replace the code or refund it. Check first that you are redeeming on the right platform and region, since that is the most common cause.

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the situation. If we did not deliver your order, or a code is faulty and we verify it, you are entitled to a refund. A working code that has already been revealed or redeemed generally cannot be refunded, and some services are marked non-refundable on the product page before you buy.
